Next years hope;

Who’s going to make it to the postseason a year from now?

For me, I hope there are some new faces.

EX:

I love the Yankees, but I would love to see the Blue Jays win the AL EAST (very very unlikely, but would be great to see new faces.)

So here’s my prediction not even, just some ‘hopes’ of new faces.

AL EAST: Blue Jays.
AL CENTRAL: Royals.
AL WEST: Mariners.
AL WC: Orioles.

NL EAST: Mets.
NL CENTRAL: Pirates (I don’t like them or anything, but I really hope they have a winning
        record next year.)
NL WEST: I’m a little biased of course, GIANTS! but if not, Padres.
NL WC: Padres.

Most of these ‘predictions’ will more than likely not happen. But the post season would sure be interesting with these teams. Haha.

My pick for next year’s World Series? ROYALS v GIANTS.
(Greinke v Lincecum).

This year’s WS? Angels v Rockies. And Rockies win 7th game.
As much as I want the Yankees to go to the World Series, I just see the Angels taking it and Rockies are hot right now, and I want them to win because they’re from the NL West, which was dubbed the weakest and they were almost taken down by the Giants. AND I would love somebody to beat the Angels. :)

As much as it hurts me to say…

The Giants are out of the wild card, not entirely yet, but close enough unless the Rox & Braves lose their last however many games and the Giants start a winning streak.

But anyways, what I wanted to say was, I hope Atlanta brings down the Rockies. Please, anybody but the Rockies.

It’s over.

I’m not one of those fans who lose faith for their teams. But Giants’ offense is a lost cause.

Yesterday they were on the verge of winning 2-1 going into the top of 9th. Yes I agree, it is all Wilson’s fault. But really, 2 runs. This is the story of their life. I’m sorry Giants’ fans, but their offense is ridiculus. Even if some chance they make it to the postseason, their pitching won’t save them everytime. Because, like right now, if the starting pitchers only allow 2 in 7 innings of work, that’s not an automatic win. They need some offense. They need to look for some during the offseason. Because that way they will be strong in 2010. They don’t have to have a lineup of power hitters, just get at least one. Mann.

Lincecum will probably get his 7th loss this season because he gave up 2 runs in 7 innings. He was sharp tonight, but not as sharp as Zombrano. But if your team only gets 2 hits and one of them by the pitcher in 7 or so innings, the loss should not be for the pitcher. Really.

So, I’m sorry but I have to say it, the Giants are fading away from the wild card with a loss tonight and Tim Lincecum, even with a wonderful year, will probably not get his 2nd Cy Young. Unless Wainwright and Carp split votes and Timmy end up getting just a few more votes. Hahaha crossing my fingers. ;) Probably won’t happen but whatever. There’s always next year. The Giants’ biggest accomplishment this year: Having a winning record. Hah.

Lincecum

was just not himself today.

Next year I think the Giants should make a schedule that will let Lincecum go around the games that is some place hot+very humid. Hahaha. Seriously, I know it sounds like a cheap excuse, but Lincecum seems like he is always struggling when he’s pitching during a hot+humid day game. Like the game with the Reds, Rockies, Atlanta, and now against the Dodgers, and maybe some other games. He needs a comeback when they go back home against the Cubs.

Lincecum can’t always be saving the Giants, sometimes he needs to be saved too. And hopefully they can hold on to the game, & hold on to the Rockies.

Giants hosting the Red Sox next year!

How about the Yankees?!? This is why Derek Jeter does not know about Tim Lincecum! Hahah.

But I can’t wait to see the Red Sox @ AT&T, even though I might not even make it because I don’t live there anymore. And they are traveling all the way to Toronto & we might see another Lincecum vs Halladay game! How great is this!

Anyways, so many people are predicting that Tim Lincecum will start Apr5,2010 in Houston. Sorry Astros fans, but they might reserve him for the Giants’ opening day at home.

Okay this was really a pointless blog, but whatever.

Go Giants! I need to find my broom, cuz I can see another sweep tonight!!! :)

It’s not over till it’s over.

Giants lose 2 in a row, as the Rox win 6th straight. UNBELIEVABLE. If the Giants want to see October, they need to sweep those under them! Dodgers this weekend, then Rockies again. All at home, so hopefully this is a slight advantage. Lincecum eyeing the Rockies. Oh I hope he’ll make it. He needs to save his team once again. He’s hanging by a thread on the Cy Young Award, but more importantly, his team is hanging by a smaller thread onto the Wild Card. 4 games behind. They’ve been here before, but I don’t know if they can pull even again. :[ We need to sweep LA, and CO if we want to see the playoffs!!!!!!!

Go Giants. Never giving up!!!!

Lincecum scratched from tonight’s start.

He was due for a back injury, he’s been carrying his team way too long. Hah, no just kidding. It’s because he’s been giving Brad Penny his new bff piggy back rides. Hah, no just kidding again. But he’ll bounce back before you know it. I hope he’ll be okay soon. AND NO THIS IS NOT BECAUSE HIS FORM, so stop doubting this great pitcher and his abilities.

9 runs in 6 games

Allowed by the San Francisco Giants’ pitchers. Amazing stuff. But of course they only win 3 because the other end of the team didn’t do anything. The offense still sucks. Plenty of chances to take those games from the Phillies and the last game of the Brewers series. Let me tell you something, if you only allow 3 runs in a series with the the Phillies, you better hope to get a sweep! But they don’t even win the series! Phillies give up 5 runs during the 3 games and the Giants come up empty. Now they trail the Rox by 2. I’m not really worried, but it would have been nice to keep it to 1, especially now that the Dodgers lost to the Padres.

Back home tomorrow, 3 with Padres, then 3 with the Dodgers, and then 3 with the Rockies. Need to sweep the Padres, need to win the series with the Dodgers, and need to sweep the Rockies again.

Let’s go Giants!

Penny tomorrow to prove that what he did against the Phillies was not a fluke.

Explain to me…

Explain how Adam Wainwright wins his 17th while yielding 6 runs w/ only 5 Ks in 5 innings, while Tim ‘the Freak’ Lincecum loses his 5th while yielding 2 runs w/ 11 Ks in 7 innings. Wow. If Adam Wainwright wins this years Cy Young I’ll be really surprised and will be seeking good explanations why.

Sorry, but I’m still pissed about the loss yesterday.

SPEECHLESS.

I’m speechless, and not in a good way.

Tim Lincecum was great tonight, as usual. 7IP, 11Ks, 4H, only 2ER. And he gets stuck with the loss. Before I get started I just wanna say, URIBE, YOU SHOULD HAVE STOLE 2ND WHEN WINN DID! Anyways. I guess you can say Pedro Martinez outpitched Lincecum tonight, but that really wasn’t the case. Giants had enough opportunities to put some runs up after Velez hit that leadoff homer, but of course like I said before, there offense SUCKS. Pablo Sandoval what is going on? Molina, move over for Posey. Oh mannnn. I’m so pissed.

Somebody show me and the rest of the Gmen fan that you want to see October too!
Timmy can’t win ball games by himself, it’s not a one man show. Usually it is, but Tim Lincecum can’t always throw a shutout. He’s not GOD, well he’s close, but that’s not the case. He needs runs to support him along with the rest of the starters. How is he going to win Cy Young if he can’t get any wins and gets the losses instead in 1 run ball games!!! He’s still, I would think, the front runner to get the award, but if he keeps losing or getting NDs, Carpenter or Wainwright might steal it under his nose. Unbelievable.
